Dear Friends,
In my second year as Fire Chief of the Parkers Prairie
Fire Department, we have installed a new dry hydrant in
Effington Township at the Block Lake Public Access. This
not only helps us with water supply needs but also
Vining and Leaf Valley Fire Department's. We are also
working on getting a new well installed in Woodside
Township for water supply in an area which has a great
need. This will enable us to be a much more efficient
and safety oriented department.
